Our role: Mechanical services design Passivhaus consultancy   The project: ~100 dwellings for Norwich City Council.  The scheme comprises a mix of 2- and 3-storey houses and apartment blocks. We have developed simple services with the focus on designing for install, commissioning and use. As Passivhaus consultants our input has been most notable on the glazing design, where we have helped balance heat loss, overheating risk and daylight design. The architects are Riches Hawley Mikhail and we have worked with GreenGauge on the building services. Our role: Passivhaus design consultancy Mechanical services design – pre-planning The project: 8 single terrace of houses in South London.    Our Focus: We are working alongside Climate Energy Homes (as with their previous scheme at Rainham) to provide support for the design and contractor team.
